Practice / Specifications:

David Chroust represents clients in matters involving construction disputes, mechanic’s lien claims, and business disputes.

David has been involved in a number of appeals before the Illinois Supreme Court and the Illinois Appellate Courts.  David also successfully represented clients in appeals which resulted in unpublished Orders or which were settled during the appeal process on terms favorable to his clients. David has spoken on various topics at local Bar Association seminars for over 15 years.
