Emily M. Dosch concentrates her practice in general liability and tort defense matters ranging from premises liability, transportation litigation, construction law, and insurance litigation. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Accounting from the University of San Diego and obtained her Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
She previously worked as a claims adjuster as well as a staff accountant for a logistics and supply chain management company. During her time investigating claims for a logistics company, she minimized both financial and litigation liability through implementation of risk reduction procedures, reduced the number of claims, and recovering over 70% of claims filed. As a staff accountant, she generated and reviewed financial statements, identified areas of concern, and implemented procedures to drive efficiency throughout the department.
