Practice / Specifications:

Anna Manfre concentrates her practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on premises liability, construction negligence, and transportation liability.  Anna began her career as staff counsel for a Chicago-based insurance company.  During that time, she first-chaired multiple jury trials and obtained favorable verdicts on behalf of her clients.  In addition to trying cases, Anna has resolved numerous disputes prior to trial through various means of alternative dispute resolution.  Anna also has extensive litigation experience protecting the interests of business owners in general negligence matters.  She has successfully argued motions for summary judgment on behalf of countless clients, recently securing the dismissal of a premises liability and wrongful death lawsuit that had elements of first-degree murder and negligent security.  Anna’s expertise provides her with a unique ability to bring about successful and cost-effective resolution using a multitude of litigation strategies.

Anna also volunteers as a guardian ad litem of minors in contested guardianship matters where she protects the interests of children in cases involving allegations of abuse and neglect.
